Michael runs the farm in the 7th generation and has been certified as an organic farm for 20 years. Michael, who is considered one of the pioneers in organic soy cultivation in Germany, is handing over the farm to his son Johannes. Extensive agriculture and dairy farming are the two pillars of the business. Michael delivers his Bioland milk to the Hamfelder Hof Bauernmeierei.
